This is one of the worst companys to work for. The product is functionally broken. They offer no support to customers. The implementation is outsourced and do not understand how the product works. If a customer does pay enough to get customer service then often times the customer service reps will also not know the product and tell the customers wrong information. In summary, the Vonage product is more expensive than its competition and it is also the worst product on the market. Read reviews on reddit of people that have used Vonage for their business.

Since the acquisition by Ericsson, the company has lost it culture and lost it's way. Leadership is weak and lacks direction, targets are not in line with expectations. Because of AOP, SDR's are stuck with targets that were not created using any data or historical data, nor aligned with sales, marketing, nor ABX.
