The API sales team at Vonage is not a good place to grow your career. The compensation structure is confusing, inconsistent, and doesn’t reward actual performance. Leadership lacks transparency, and communication across departments is often chaotic. The only bright spot is the company’s genuine focus on diversity and inclusion. If you’re considering joining, avoid the API side altogether—you’ll thank yourself later.

Solid company and in the CPaaS space, where Vonage is a market leader. The API division is well run and offers solutions that customers need. There is a consistent push to add new products and solution enhancements that are wanted by the industry.
