Current Employee "I feel that the Culture and Leadership in our workplace operates similarly to a high school clique. Even if you consistently perform well and exceed expectations, the chances of getting promoted are slim unless you have a close relationship with the managers, directors, or VPs. It seems like those who are favored by them get promoted multiple times a year, despite not meeting their quotas or closing any deals. Furthermore, there is no formal training program to develop your skills or meet the needs of the management team. This is a major issue, and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight. As an employee, there is nothing you can do because even the HR system is unhelpful. So, either you stay in the same position for 3-4 years, even after overachieving your goals, or you leave the company altogether."
