Workday was a great place to work when I started, and probably still is for other departments. Things went down when they started cutting benefits, laid off 10% of the company, and changed the pay structure that is impossible to understand. Leadership seems to not have a pulse on what is happening even though we personally sell software to do just that. Things have become so complex to get paid, and I currently don't see it improving with the attitude of leadership.

My overall experience is great. There are some challenges like everywhere else, but Workday brand goes a long way. Very optimistic about the future of the company.
