Current Employee New leadership has created a micromanaging environment. Have started calling their deals "units" like we are a manufacturing company. Laid off my manager who had been there less than a year for "performance" and two weeks before Christmas. No PIP, warning or severance. Pretty cut throat for an HR software company that claims to care about employees.
