Great I love working here. It's the best balance of culture, opportunity and compensation I've found anywhere. It also has the lowest number of dickheads of anywhere I've worked, which is worth something.

On my team, 3 of 5 reps have hit or surpassed their targets, which speaks to the attainability of our goals. While the team's quota attainment percentage has dropped from 80% to 60% since my last review, this isn't due to systemic issues.
