lots of changes in leadership and starting to add in more middle management that isn't needed. This puts more pressure on reps and quota goes up as territory gets smaller

Good products, great people, but culture is changing. Sales cycle is extremely process heavy and overly complicated. Leadership is cracking down on time to sell and build pipeline despite cost of products and deployment.
