Workday's strength is its great culture and the fact that it is known as a great place to start and learn. However, career growth opportunities are very limited.

Workday has a great culture and is a great company but is going through an awkward transition from a Medium sized company to a Software powerhouse. There are a lot of changes happening and quotas are very high.
