My overall experience was positive. I worked with some great people, except for my direct line manager. Unfortunately, this person went out of their way to make the experience, not enjoyable. If not from my direct line manager, most likely I would’ve stayed. By the time that leadership wanted to address it, it was too late.

New sales leadership not interested in hearing dissenting opinions and make far reaching decisions without understanding nuances of the market and products we sell. Growing at such a pace that the culture that was once revered has been significantly diluted and recent exodus of reps prove it
