Overall experience has been great. Company put too much focus into ESG that has turned out to not be as fruitful as anticipated. 1/3 of what we sell is around ESG so it makes the role more challenging.

Hired way too many sales people that diluted everyone's territories and led to a lot of very good and tenured reps leaving. Sustainability has taken a hammering in the market. Organisations don't want to invest in that until the regulation becomes mandatory and more clearly defined.
