The company has an outstanding product that is applicable across a wide and growing range of enterprise use cases. The base compensation is above average and the quotas are usually fair. The organization is overall very supportive of the sales organization. The sales operations processes are overly complex and manual, but there is significant effort being made to streamline things.

Overall experience was neutral, my team and I were setup to fail but Workiva did as much as they could to reconcile. Not a bad place to work at all. Benefits are great.

The product innovation is behind the market demand and competition. Marketing doesn’t have a strong growth strategy and unavailability to generate increased demand generation.
