Zendesk is a great company with an interesting value proposition. Unfortunately for the Southern Europe region, the management is toxic and is only getting worse with the new French management who lack respect for the teams and customers. It's a real shame and frustrating.

It highly depends on the team that you land. However zendesk is moving sales teams to MBOs specially those in Mexico working for US, the life-work balance is great and the compensation is fair, but commissions sucks
