Zendesk is a great company with an interesting value proposition. Unfortunately for the Southern Europe region, the management is toxic and is only getting worse with the new French management who lack respect for the teams and customers. It's a real shame and frustrating.

My overall experience has been good. The culture of the sales org is very high pressure in enterprise due to the lack of market share, and the desire to grow in that segment. Co-workers are great.
