Zendesk is a great company with an interesting value proposition. Unfortunately for the Southern Europe region, the management is toxic and is only getting worse with the new French management who lack respect for the teams and customers. It's a real shame and frustrating.

GTM org has matured since acquisition, but this has been negated by horrible CRM data and fragmented BoB's that make zero sense (ex. half your book is SMB when it should be enterprise and vice versa)
