My overall experience was not all that great, unfortunately. There are reasons that things did not work out that I cannot mention, but what I can say is they're not doing too hot. After I left on my terms, like half of my team that was there ended up getting laid off a few months after. Glad to know I majorly dodged a bullet.

Great people, orgs are well aligned to market fit. Product is evolving fast, it can lead to big swings with sales negotiations. Sales org is following the leader approach, so whatever Google. Apple and Amazon are doing, Zendesk will follow suit.
