Zendesk is a great company to work for. Amazing culture and the London office is getting busier and busier with the new UKI Leader making an effort to build the culture and get people more often. Zendesk has a great platform and can compete head to head with bigger players. It's still feast or famine at the moment, but I see a lot of change happening in order to improve this and I feel you still do very well in Zendesk.

The company has fallen off a cliff in the past 6 months. Product pricing has increased exponentially compared to competitors who are now closing the functionality gap. It is little surprise that the global economic downturn doesn't exist in the eyes of senior leadership and the only reason anyone is missing quota is because they haven't made enough cold calls.
