The company has fallen off a cliff in the past 6 months. Product pricing has increased exponentially compared to competitors who are now closing the functionality gap. It is little surprise that the global economic downturn doesn't exist in the eyes of senior leadership and the only reason anyone is missing quota is because they haven't made enough cold calls.

Zendesk has great benefits. The product fit aligns with smaller companies atm. They are constantly looking to improve their product which is inspiring.
