Used to be a great place to work. The number of AEs who hit their quota is very low. A lot of favoritism. This translates into a better territory. If you know how to play the game, you'll be fine, but it takes time to build those relationships.

Senior leadership is on the way out for both SMB and Commercial. More FLMs are looking to leave. Very ugly from where it was a year ago due to micro-management from the CRO.
