Company is good to work for. However policies and leadership are lacking and it seems to be getting worse ever since the company was purchased by private equity. Training is good. Zendesk is a reputable company that I think anyone should work for. The product is a strong market fit and their AI offerings are second to none.

Still undergoing a transition post-acquisition. Lot's of change and sometimes limited enablement resources. The ones who succeed the most are those who are agile, flexible, and position themselves strategically.

Emerging into a greenfield territory often comes with challenges. Zendesk has great leadership, but none who understand what it takes to stand out in a federal market.
