its a nice place to work but sometime the sales org will make it so damn hard for you to hit quota because they change around accounts every year

It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product. Great people, orgs are well aligned to market fit. Product is evolving fast, it can lead to big swings with sales negotiations. Sales org is following the leader approach, so whatever Google. Apple and Amazon are doing, Zendesk will follow suit.
