It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product. Inbound leads are far less.. then one would expect...

They bring in people with experience..steal them from competitors with a high based and OTE. Then give terrible territories to them so it’s impossible to make even 50% of quota. Then micromanage them to misery. And all for a $50-100K ARR deal (250 if VERY LUCKY or great territory). Enterprise is NOT the sweet spot but then they blame the sales people.
