Overall positive experience. A lot of changes within the sales org most of which are for the better. Upward mobility into commercial or leadership positions is very limited. Pay is fair but could be higher. Quotas are attainable for CAE most of the time, depending on your book. AI means lots to sell.

Good product but AI is reshaping the CX / EX SaaS industry. I'm not sure about the long term's prospects of the Zendesk AI path. The competition is making it way easier for the end customer.
