This is For Zillow Showcase not sure about Preimer Agent. Showcase is a newer program and has a lot of growing pains its like working at a startup

I wouldn't have accepted the offer if I knew that I wouldn't be given a FAIR (keyword: FAIR) shot at being successful. Morale is low across the board and managers do play favorites. Unless you want to be overworked, constantly berated by unhappy customers and constantly stressed about keeping your job month-over-month, I suggest you pass on Zillow.

I have been at Zillow for 3 months and so far the overall experience has been good. The base compensation is excellent however in my role there is no additional compensation for completing sales.
