I have been at Zillow for 3 months and so far the overall experience has been good. The base compensation is excellent however in my role there is no additional compensation for completing sales.

Quota attainment has steadily dropped due to increase in quota's. Previously the lower salary was manageable because we could exceed quota to make our bonuses. Overall great company, but going through growing pains. The benefits and people are amazing and the ability to work remote makes up for the lower pay structure.

Not great. Consistent change and goaling is different every month. Only 30-40% of reps hit monthly and performance management is strict
