New leadership has shifted towards the toxic, increased quotas to cull the heard and hire fresh floor for lower base. Morale has never been lower and poor employee surveys results are being referred to "just a popularity contest"

They are just in cost cutting mode. Mid markets get paid the same as SMB because of lack of foresight for impact.

It feels like the Agent Software and Advertising side of the business is in shambles. VP, director, and senior leadership are disconnected from front line sales teams. My direct managers is an rockstar and cares deeply about us, but they seem to be going through it as well. Flex and Rentals seem to be great orgs within the company, just stay clear of Agent Software...Read More

Quota attainment has steadily dropped due to increase in quota's. Previously the lower salary was manageable because we could exceed quota to make our bonuses. Overall great company, but going through growing pains. The benefits and people are amazing and the ability to work remote makes up for the lower pay structure.
