Very odd culture. Hired a lot of inexpensive people years ago and - for the most part - those are the people who stay there. Not a solution-sales oriented company. Pricing is a constant race to the bottom, and customers know this.

ZoomInfo is a good place to work and is oftentimes very rewarding if you can do well in the SDR role. Inbound is a bit of a grind and you don't make a ton of money, but I'd use it as a stepping stone to familiarize yourself with the product and it's wide range of offerings. I wish Executive leaders across the board would spend more time on big picture and had more faith in their teams rather than micromanaging and constantly distracting teams with one off requests that take us away from pre-planned work.
