Current Employee My overall experience has been less than ideal. Leadership immediately changed when I was brought on board. The culture is of fear. What you do is never enough. 50% of my current team is on a PIP and not due to lack of talent. The new segmentation has done a lot of reps dirty and we have been left to feel like inadequate sellers when we are not being set up for success. It is impossible to self-source as they are now requiring as the SDR org has touched everything worth pursuing and if you find something you will be selling for the bottom dollar. There are no discounting policies; it's free for all. If your manager will let you sell bottom barrel deals you're going to be better off as shavings make a pile here. If you have a manager who wants you to sell to the value you will struggle harder. Our competitors have inferior data but are a fraction of the cost making it hard to win anything competitive without dropping your pants entirely. It's a frat boy culture through and through.
