Current Employee Zoominfo’s MM organization needs serious leadership restructuring. The head of MM focuses all of our time filling out spreadsheets, instead of actually selling. There’s also a huge push to keep track of our slack “active” status, our calendar events, and other activities. I’m all for tracking KPIs, but it truly feels like we have lost a lot of freedom. Additionally, our CEO, Henry, went on a full on rant about how if you don’t want to RTO, you should meet with your manager to schedule your exit interview and leave the company.
All in all, I have learned a lot from ZoomInfo, but will probably be leaving at the end of the year. It is truly unfortunate, because our product is great and fun to sell, but I no longer enjoy coming to work every day. Browse Other Reviews
