Current Employee A solid product with a very skilled team. The culture is a little cutthroat, and while the company is highly data-driven regarding performance metrics, sometimes it focuses on the wrong metrics to quantify success and potential.
Some of the best people leave (willingly or forcefully), and some of the worst people stay, are promoted, and receive accolades.
It is a grind culture that respects hard work more than work-life balance. My role feels more like a gauntlet to weed out those who can't make it than a job with equal opportunity for everyone.
