They are a little fire happy at this company, they just had a huge round of layoffs and have let go top talent. Good company as a whole, its just easy to get cut out even if you're performing well.

My overall experience has been less than ideal. Leadership immediately changed when I was brought on board. The culture is of fear. What you do is never enough. 50% of my current team is on a PIP and not due to lack of talent.
