Former Employee ZoomInfo focused it's efforts to go upmarket, going upmarket comes with it's challenges and as a result the team was usually very hit or miss when it came to quota attainment.
One month you'd have someone crush their number while the remaining team is struggling to hit quota and/or barely getting to 50%.
The next month the same person that crushed their number the previous month is now struggling to hit quota.
I know sales is a game of ups and downs, but the peaks and valleys where so far in between it was hard to remain consistent.
Great company to work for otherwise, leadership is great and ZoomInfo is a second to none product. Times are difficult for businesses right now and they're being selective with their budget now more than ever and sometimes ZoomInfo doesn't fit what they need given how premium of a tool it is.
