There have been a lot of changes at ZI within the last year. More competition and in an economic climate that is not favorable to an expensive "nice to have" solution

Mico/maco management style from leadership. Org. wants to be strategic but has a lot to change/growing up to do. Great sellers and leadership though, depends on who FL manager is.
