Current Employee Our base is pretty low, but they do pay you overtime, so that’s nice. I think ZI’s company policy’s is definitely structured to incentivize long hours.
CEO can be pretty tone deaf, berating segments of the sales org, only to half way through the rant admit they were just doing what they’d been instructed to do. But I will say my direct managers have all been good/great. Really happy with my experience regarding that so far.
It’s a big company, with a lot of resources at its disposal, so learning and development is pretty solid, although on the customer side of sales, a bit lacking.
Getting a promotion is easy and quickly attainable as long as you are producing results.
I’ve heard management deals with a lot of internal politics and BS, but thankfully I haven’t felt that yet as an IC.
