I really enjoy ZoomInfo. It’s much easier to sell the product you’re using to source new business. The pay is competitive. The people are cool.

ZoomInfo offers a strong product and powerful data platform, but suffers from weak leadership and a high-pressure, short-term culture. The environment feels more like a telemarketing floor than a true sales organization. The most toxic place that I have ever worked and it took the fun out of selling. Everyone is overly stressed, and management takes the stress out on the reps. Unfortunately, some sellers in the past who used questionable sales tactics have done a lot of damage to the ZoomInfo sales brand making it even harder to sell.
