For the most part I love working at Zoominfo. No micro managing. Great market fit. If you are not a top performer and don’t like to work with a purpose then Zoominfo is not for you. The pay is solid annual raises, great benefits. What I don’t like is the comp plan is by the half. So typically as soon as you hit the accelerators, your back to ground zero. Most companies that I’ve worked for do the accelerator program annually not every six months. Easy to make 200-500k per year

ZoomInfo has been a good company to work for. Great product market fit, solid inbound lead flow, strong leadership/management, good commission (once you've been there for 1 year +). Need to prove your worth for a year or so then you start getting better quality and quantity of leads.
