Current Employee Great team of people at ZoomInfo. People are supportive and kind, and it’s a teamwork environment. Pay is low on entry level roles but opportunity to grow if you perform well is high. Plenty of chance to practice your skills and improve with help from leadership. All managers I’ve worked with have been fantastic, and doesn’t seem like people are forced to work OT to hit quota
