Great company to start your sales/tech career. BDR life is a grind - product is top of the market, outreach tactics seem like harassment at times, outbound mid market teams look miserable always. Sales floor is all a game of finesse and who can hoarde the most meetings. Met some bright colleagues!

Not much to add at this point. Good place to learn overall and grow! Some mid market managers are not as responsive and supportive for coaching and growth. They make it hard get help and support but mean well. Area of improvement there but potentially also due to team sizes.

Really good company to be an SDR at. Inbound SDR is a grind and pay isn't great but once you hit OB there is a massive jump. Expect to be at inbound 3-4months if you're a good rep. It's used as training on sales strategy, internal SOP's and the product. OB SDR's get the same base pay but a 5x to 10x increase on meeting commissions, and 1.5% - 2% of closed deals....Read More
