Current Employee The SDR org is going through constant rebranding and restructuring. Leadership over hired in this role and is now raising standards to slowly phase the stragglers. In Waltham we are separated by department and our floor is noticeable under serviced, unmaintained and clearly not the same in quality. They will hire just about anyone for this role and promotions are not title based, just responsibility/ Pay. You are the companies scape goat for every problem. Don't try to remember peoples names. They will most likely get fired in 3 months.
