GREAT product! Seriously.. the best in the business. But you are competing against "free" in Microsoft Teams. What this means now is that companies will not spend the add'l money for a better experience in this economy. There are ZERO inbound leads; they don't even have a team to manage this anymore. Sales leadership is focused on phone but for major companies they are buying a fraction of the phone licenses thye once had. Quotas are completely unattainable.

Unrealistic quota expectations with little help (no CMO for 2 years), limited channel success, recent key leadership departures. Many great people and sellers frustrated.
