Former Employee2.3Nov 20, 2024 HR advised it was a policy to drop a salary offer at least one level down for candidates moving roles internally, to counter any negotiation. So even when you move internally they are not necessarily paying you what they deem to the role is worth .. Avoid.

Current Employee2.9Jul 7, 2025Product is great, but processes are a mess, data is terrible and the businesses expectations are insane. Account Execs expected to wear so many hats and there isn’t enough time for all of it. Middle management don’t help, they only care about spreadsheets and how they’re viewed by seniors. Should be a great place to work, but sadly is not.
