The organization was great when I got there. Prior to 2022 there had been good quota attainment by the reps and the org. Interest rate hikes have made organizations very hesitant to buy emergency communications software. The org has laid off many people including sales leadership, marketing budgets and SDRs have been reduced. There is the skeleton of a good org here but it is hard times here. Do more with less is what things look like now. Only one rep on MM team has hit goal at end of q2.

This is a glorified text system for organizations. They don’t care about employees professional development and they only care about letting employees broadcast in public slack channels who they share intimate relations with and care about their pronouns. Enablement is the highlight of this organization's value to a rep. Base Salary is middling in the industry, leadership has been shifting due to equity partners, and staff cuts have affected team morale to a degree. Culture is great, office is great.
