Overall, CaptivateIQ is a great place to work. The comp is great for an SDR who's still green to tech sales, leadership is fantastic, and the product is incredibly impressive. The only challenging parts are those that are to be expected of a startup - not as diverse training and promotion opportunities (depending on your position), and a couple bad hires have really tanked the culture on my team.
