Current Employee Extremely young inexperienced middle management and front line. They only know Darktrace… and have a very transactional/direct SMB approach…. While the company/goals are enterprise focused. There’s a long history of burning bridges in the partner channel… which has tarnished the org’s rep, and there’s very little progress from the internal changes to gain official buy-in from critical channel partners. Uhhhh…. ~90% of cybersecurity revenue is transacted via the channel… so that problem is a HUGE one. Essentially, the people/partners we need to sell with… are actively selling against us.
