Very toxic culture, compensation is ok. Overall the juice is not worth the squeeze. Leadership is insecure, toxic and very demanding. This trickles down to everyone. A lot of employees are grouchy and unhelpful. They are the result of an awful culture that starts at the top. Do not recommend.

My experience here is pretty great overall. My direct managers and mid managers have been excellent for helping me stay and grow in my current role. Upper management (VP up) are great people, and work well with us overall. Though they're not entirely in touch with what's going on in the day to day customer which can be difficult.
