All in all the company culture, office, benefits, and product fit are awesome. The issue is monday does not offer commission. It is strictly your base pay and you receive bonuses twice a year. They are now moving to a quarterly bonus model which in a way, acts similar to commission. It was refreshing to work at a company that has such a strong product fit in the market and if it's not already, is very close to becoming a household name. My two biggest qualms are the lack of upward mobility and the lack of transparency from management and leadership. If you're looking to be promoted quickly and work your way up the ladder, that is not happening at monday. Lastly, with all the recent changes at monday, it has become increasingly more difficult for reps to hit their quotas and there has been a large uptick in folks who are on performance plans and those who have been let go. It is evident the company is weeding out the bottom of the funnel folks with no more than a pip notice half way through the quarter and a goodbye one month later.
