Depends on the segment. Used to be 100%, then adjusted quotas and AE/AM relationships so now it's dropped to closer to 50%. PIPs are plentiful.

they changed rules on what deals we get credit for and lead volume has decreased a bit. I think these caused the drop in attainment

Love this company for taking a shot on me. The culture and people are fantastic. As I mature as a sales professional I do have an appetite for making more, and due to Mondays low bonus compensation (higher base) I’m curious what’s out there. Leads always flow in though here so it’s a great bonus working here.
