Currently, account ownership is concentrated with a few individuals. This creates a dynamic where some team members consistently hit targets, while others aren’t set up for success. A more balanced distribution of opportunities could help the whole team perform better.

Unfortunately, there was little to no path to promotion. This made it extremely difficult to stay motivated. The compensation for internal promotions was laughable. Overall, I loved the tool but it's just not worth it.

Mostly good but frustrations. Product decent overall but also broken in places. Lots of brainless exec change. Low calibre talent coming into the business. Competition catching up in SMB and MM. Not the rocket ship it once was but you can do ok and clock 100%-110% target with some grind and a bit of fortune.
