My initial experience was positive, but things took a turn when they brought in new leadership who exhibited a lack of leadership skills. Their behavior was rude, demeaning, and overly critical, offering unproductive feedback. The workplace environment is unfavorable for women, with a complete absence of women in VP or higher roles.
