Current Employee Adobe has some of the best people you could ever work wit. The culture is Gina and exclusive. Overall people are genuine. Most of us from a BDR pov perform well. But in such a large company it’s a very slow process to reach that next step in a sales career. I performed because no one gate keeps. Everyone wants to see everyone win. They’re working on internal mobility more but it’s still a big challenge. Since there are so many early talented individual contributors and not many teams that will take someone without certain experience requirements.
