Airtable was on my short list for my next AE role but just saw they another round of layoffs, including sales being affected. At this point should just completely strike them from my list? Can reps succeed there over the next 12-18 months?

Why is it comparatively low / What could they do better? After the big RIF in late 2022 it looks like the Sales Org is growing capacity again the last year or two - but Quota Attainment is still pretty depressed in the 25-35% range - are there enough opportunities to go around to be successful if they continue to hire more reps? Thanks!
