Current Employee Morale is very low in the higher education and slg public sector org. Base pay is becoming non competitive and the bonus structure is very complicated and requires the reps to become quasi resellers to chase partner deals to make plan. You only get paid when deals burn so once the year is through q1 if you have a greenfield territory it is nearly impossible to make your number. When you do make your number the commission payout is not alligned with the effort required to land the deals. Browse Other Reviews
